Professional Experience:

Before becoming a Realtor in 1996, I relocated from the Puget Sound area north of Seattle. I retired with 31 years of municipal background, very beneficial to my work as a Realtor. I am proud to be a International Certified Municipal Clerk. My work experience is primarily in municipal government, having spent many years in engineering, public works, building and planning departments. My final position was City Clerk, of which I am very proud. In my new career, I chose to be a licensed Washington State Realtor with Windermere Real Estate. My style is caring. Outside Interests:

Since moving to Pasco in 1995, I have been deeply involved in the revitalization of the Pasco Downtown, which was formerly the retail center of the Tri-Cities! As what has happened in most downtowns across the nation, malls have transferred the heartbeat of most shopping to malls. But, downtowns have a special place in "America USA" and through the "Main Street" program, we can make a difference. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Pasco Downtown Development Association since 1996, serving as president twice, and also as vice president. I have also filled in as "Interim Executive Director" and currently serve as co-chair of the Economic Development Committee. Recognized as an "Outstanding Main Street Volunteer" by Washington State Community and Economic Development. I chaired the vendor sub-committee for the Pasco Fiery Foods Festival for 2003, and also assisted with the nationally famous Pasco Farmers Market. In 2003, I became a board member of "First Night Tri-Cities Board of Directors, which presents the annual celebration on New Year's Eve. This is a regional event held in Kennewick.
