Anthony St. Martin and Mark Questad began Cascade Construction in 1990. Born and raised in Washington, Mark and Anthony have a special appreciation for Washington’s unparalleled natural beauty and enjoy building homes in the Northwest for families to enjoy for many years to come.Cascade Construction came to the Tri-Cities in 1995 with the sincere desire to build homes of quality that are beautiful, affordable, and functional for a family’s lifestyle. Their motto is, “let us take care of it for you”, earning them the reputation of being the builder that cares.They are currently building homes in Kennewick in Hansen Park, Cherry Blossom Meadows, Pheasant Run North, on large lots in Cotton Wood Creek and in Pasco in Janis Place.
