Chad grew up in the Tri-Cities under the mentorship of his grandfather, a dedicated Realtor, where he learned early on the value of helping others in the real estate industry. His grandfather taught him the importance of truly listening to clients and prioritizing their needs. Chad spent 17 years dealing cards in local casinos, where he applied his grandfather's values to bring out the best in people. During that time, he witnessed many heartbreaking losses, which led him to seek a career where he could leave people smiling instead. In 2016, Chad made the leap into real estate, joining Windermere Group One. Since then, he’s been honored by his peers as the MVG (Most Valuable Groupie)—a playful twist on MVP—an accolade he holds in the highest regard. Being chosen by his colleagues, out of all the amazing people he works with every day, is the greatest honor Chad has received to date. He is passionate about serving the Tri-Cities community, a place he’s proud to call home. As an empty nester, Chad enjoys quality time with his beautiful wife, traveling, and golfing on the area’s scenic courses. With deep roots in the Tri-Cities, he looks forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals for many years to come.
