Gavin Vargas is a 27-year-old top-producing Realtor specializing in residential real estate throughout Southeastern WA since 2019. Gavin was raised by a family of real estate professionals, most notably his late-grandfather, Jeff Thompson, founder of Windermere Group One, and a previous state Real Estate Commissioner, leaving a lasting impact on the real estate industry to this day. Gavin graduated from Washington State University with his bachelor’s in business in 2019 and immediately began helping home buyers and sellers, first assisting family and other long-time real estate veterans allowing him to learn, earn experience, and develop valuable skills quickly.
