Meet Jed Morris, Your Trusted Tri-Cities Real Estate Expert Hello! I’m Jed Morris, and I’ve had the great honor of serving the Tri-Cities community as a Realtor® with Windermere Group One since 2011. I got into real estate because I love serving people, and what better way to do that than by helping them buy and sell their homes? I am practically a Tri-Cities native—having moved here from Southern California at nine years old, I grew up attending local schools, including Columbia Basin College and Washington State University, where I graduated in 2003. My wife, Rawni, has been a dedicated schoolteacher since 2006, and we’ve built our life here, raising our three amazing kids alongside our two dogs and our Maine Coon cat, Bill. My family is my "why"—they are my greatest motivation and most important asset. Before real estate, I worked as a Prevention/Intervention Specialist for the Richland School District, counseling high school students. This role taught me the importance of listening, problem-solving, and patience—all of which are essential in real estate. Since transitioning into this field, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 400 families buy or sell homes in this incredible part of Southeastern Washington, and I look forward to helping many more. When I’m not assisting clients, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and kids, cheering them on at their sports and activities, dining at one of our fantastic locally owned restaurants, golfing on our beautiful courses, boating on the Columbia River, or visiting family and friends on the Oregon Coast and in Montana.
